Chris holds a diploma in UK FCA regulatory regime and a BA honours degree in Economics. He contributes to the team dynamic with his expertise gained by having worked within employee benefits consultancy for over 30 years. He has great experience of engaging with different stakeholders including; trustees, board directors, HR professionals, and employees, and understands the importance of balancing their sometimes competing needs. Through the provision of strategic and tactical guidance he is dedicated to ensuring that clients see us as a trusted business partner as they change and grow. He has a particular interest in employee wellbeing.
